Doc, patient, pharmacist charged with drug trafficking

A doctor, patient and pharmacist are facing charges related to trafficking in oxycodone.
Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents allege that between 2004 and 2006 pharmacist Ahmad Hamdi Al Haddad and Ephraim G. Aguilar, a former doctor at Paradise Medical Center, formed an association to prescribe and dispense schedule II controlled substances for their own monetary gain.
