Nine months after leaving his job at the Mashpee Police Department, Joseph Kelley found himself back at the station.
The former officer was there to be booked for allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, reports the Cape Cod Times.
It was the among the latest and least egregious charges levied against Kelley since he resigned in February 2009 after about seven years on the force.
