  Public defender is accused of selling Oxycodone
  

  Federal authorities say a Miami-Dade assistant public defender has been charged with selling the painkiller Oxycodone.
  Joseph J. Imperato was arrested Friday at his North Miami Beach home after he sold an undercover police detective 45 Oxycodone tablets on two occasions this month, according to a criminal complaint filed by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
