Ameritox provides a necessary service for patients, in a way that makes pain prescription monitoring affordable to everyone.
Insured Patients
Your insurance company will receive a statement from us. If the insurance company does not pay the full amount billed, the amount deemed your responsibility by your insurance company will be billed to you.
Uninsured Patients
Patients receive a statement at the Medicare rate.
Remember
The first correspondence you receive may be your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company. This is not a bill—it is an explanation of the services you received.
Our Promise
We are committed to ensuring you receive pain prescription monitoring. We understand some patients will have challenges paying for our monitoring service. In these cases, we make every effort to come up with a plan that works for you. All statements include a toll free number, (800) 311-7292, for you to contact Ameritox directly with questions or concerns during the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm (CST). Please call this number prior to making payment. Once received, valid payments cannot be refunded.
