Field Operations Representative
Description
- Responsible for the account implementation process and ongoing account management
- Shares accountability with the sales representative for territory growth and revenue objective achievement
- Schedules and performs staff training at clinics
- Assigns, trains, and manages specimen collectors at practices that request these collectors through All-Med Personnel
- Maintains and increases sales volumes in established accounts
- Works with Billing to resolve all missing patient information
- Works with Data Entry to resolve requisition-related issues
- Resolves monitoring situations presented by the lab
- Works closely with DHL in establishing new clinics' shipping accounts
- Fully utilizes Salesforce.com in their daily work
- Physically visits all accounts on a regular rotation to ensure customer delight
- Constantly communicates with Sales Representatives to ensure that clinics receive proper attention
- Maintains an adequate supply of lab material for their clients' potential needs
- Travels on short notice when the need arises
Requirements
- BA/BS with Healthcare concentration preferred or equivalent work experience. Experience in account management in the following industries is preferred: Financial Services, Consultative Services, IT Services, Training and Recruiting Services. In addition, 3-5 years of training experience would be preferred
- Demonstrated account implementation and sales process skills
- Demonstrated ability to clearly present company service offerings and capabilities through sales presentations and effective verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated abilities in Microsoft office and CRM tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and account follow up items throughout territory
- Demonstrated ability developing and managing customer relationships
Preferred
- Prior experience and relationships with Pain Management offices and physicians
- Experience with Salesforce.com
