Prescription medication addiction affects mainly ages 12-17 in Arkansas

When people think of addictions, they often think of troubles with alcohol, drugs like meth or heroin.
But problems with prescription medication are on the rise.
The most striking problem is in people age 12-17. Arkansas has the highest number per capita of children age 12-17 who are using prescription opiates for non medical reasons.
