Rx Guardian Monitoring Panels

Most of your chronic pain patients are taking a number of medications. Ameritox has developed multiple Monitoring Panels to meet your pain medication monitoring needs. Each panel features a different combination of prescription pain medication, other medications and illicits for urine drug screening and analysis. Our Account Managers will provide information to help you select the right Monitoring Panel for your practice, assuring that you have the information you need to provide the best chronic pain care.

Panels 7-15 are designed to meet all of your monitoring needs. The primary drugs tested by these panels include:

  • Amphetamines/Methamphetamines
  • Barbiturates
  • Benzodiazepines
  • Cannabinoids
  • Cocaine
  • Methadone
  • Opiates
  • Phencyclidine
  • Propoxyphene

Add-ons and Specialty Tests

Add-ons and specialty tests are also available for panels 7-15 if you have additional questions or concerns about a patient’s pain medication use. These add-ons include:

  • Ethyl Alcohol (Ethanol)
  • Buprenorphine
  • Carisoprodol and Meprobamate
  • Cotinine
  • Fentanyl
  • Gabapentine

Ameritox Integrated Monitoring Panels

Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) devices are screening tools only. A positive result may be a false positive and should never be considered the final answer. High detection cut-offs of a POCT can also miss low levels of potentially dangerous drugs.

The Ameritox Integrated Monitoring Panels back up the immediacy of in-office POCT with reliability and confidence. These panels go beyond confirmation to provide accurate screening and confirmation information on a wide range of drugs.
